All participants in this event are encouraged to reserve their hotel accommodations through this site.

We appreciate your support as we have partnered with Rock City hotel as sponsors of WESPAC 2025. 

Scrabble Ghana is proud to partner with Rock city Hotel, a luxury haven that offers a diverse range of conference venues and accommodation options that can host highly productive meetings and gatherings. These rates are negotiated to the best available rates and usually include breakfast.

The LOC will consider a room fully booked after the funds have reached the LOC accounts. The rooms are available on a first paid, first served basis. You will lose your reservation if somone pays for it. Any refunds will be guided by the LOC terms and condtions.
